MAIN TOPICS
The 1st day conference panel is organized under the auspice of Erasmus+ Project 2018-1-TR01-KA203-058344 with the aim of disseminating the project results among national and international partners and stakeholders.

Fully in accordance with the EU2020 Grand Societal Challenges, the European Heritage Year 2018, the New Narrative for Europe (https://www.nnfe.eu/) the TR2023 Development Strategy and the ERASMUS+ Objectives for Higher Education, TOURiBOOST is re-orienting tourism education with digital, social and intercultural competences to support local stakeholders tackle strategic innovation in heritage tourism.

MAIN TOPICS
The 2nd conference day aims to provide a platform for researchers working in the fields of Social Sciences and Humanities and to encourage young researchers by providing them an opportunity to present their findings within the theme of the conference. The conference organizers also wish to form a panel that will focus on the many translations of F. Scott
Fitzgerald’s famous novel The Great Gatsby published in Europe in different languages. Translators are invited for a discussion of the novel.

The conference sessions welcome papers in topics related to
• Study of structural levels of any language in synchrony and diachrony: phonetics, morphology, syntax,
word formation, vocabulary, and phraseology.
• Current approaches to interpretation and translation.
• Literary stories across time and space (English Studies, American Studies, Irish Studies, Canadian Studies).
• Transcultural identities and perspectives within literature and/or culture.
• Cultural Studies.
• History and Politics.
• International Relations.
• Media and Communication

Please register first for the 10th International week, by providing the title of your presentation, a brief abstract
(max. 300 words):
• Title
• Name of Author(s) and co-presenters
• E-mails of each presenters
• Topic
• Type of the presentation: theoretical, case study, methodological descriptions.

The conference papers will be published in an ISBN registered E-book
or in Freeside Europe (ISSN 1786-7967)

ABSTRACT PREPARATION GUIDELINES
• Abstracts can be submitted in English or in Russian
• Depending on the format, abstracts cannot exceed 300 words
• The title should clearly identify the content of the abstract
• The theme from among the 3-profiling aspect:
• The abstract should contain the following:
o Title
o Name of Author(s) and co-presenter(s) if appropriate
o Email(s) of each actor
o Affiliation(s)
o the theme
o The purpose and (theoretical /educational) context of the presentation
o A brief description of the methods used (i.e. of research, teaching or evaluation)
• A conclusion that underlines the new dimensions or unpublished results of the presentation
• No images can be submitted
• No bibliography is required
• All formats will include both research-based and experience-based perspectives
• All formats will be presented in English or in Russian languages
